Does the other person need an app?
No. On iPhone (XS or newer) and on Android phones with NFC turned on, your profile opens straight in the browser. For phones without NFC, every card also carries a QR code.
What if I change my number or my job?
The physical card stays the same, because it points to your online profile rather than data written permanently on the chip. On Standard you send us the new details and we update them (1 free change per month); on Pro and Enterprise you edit them yourself in your account, anytime.
What’s the difference between the card and the tag?
They work the same way and open the same digital profile. The card has a business-card format with room for design; the tag is smaller, more affordable and lives on your keys or a lanyard.
Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. Standard is a one-time payment and your basic profile stays live with no subscription. Pro adds your own account, analytics and lead capture; if you cancel, your profile stays live and returns to Standard.
How long until I receive it?
We produce and encode your order within a few business days of design approval, then ship it by courier anywhere in Romania.
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes. We issue company invoices, and teams get volume pricing.
What technology do you use?
NTAG NFC chips (ISO/IEC 14443-A, NFC Forum Type 2), compatible with modern NFC phones. Every product also has a QR code as a backup.
How do I pay?
For now we confirm every order by email or phone and send you payment details. Online card payment is coming soon.
